Contractual Terms and Conditions for Bookings and Stays

Check in from 14.00 to 18.00 and Check out by 10.00
Deposit amount: normally the deposit is approximately 30% of the total amount of the booking. Always request confirmation when making a booking.
Balance payment: the balance may be paid in cash (discount 3%). Credit cards are also accepted (no discount).
Cancellation: the deposit is returned (less a booking management fee of € 40) if a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the expected check-in date; 100% of the deposit is kept if the booking is cancelled 29 days or less prior to said date.
Advance check out or late check in: 100% of the stay shall be charged as booked, even in the event of advance check out or late check in.
Tacit consent: the above terms and conditions are intended tacitly approved when the booking is made. Said terms and conditions can also be examined at Hotel Casella’s reception desk.
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A DEPOSIT
Bookings are guaranteed by making a deposit equal to approximately 30% of the total booking (minimum € 100). The payment can be made as follows:
- CREDIT CARD provide the number and expiry date of a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card bearing the name of the person making the booking
The credit card will only be charged in case of a NO SHOW, cancellation or modification (after the deadline indicated). In these cases, an amount equal to 30% of the total booking will be charged (minimum €100).
